　　Silver & deming Drill bits are designed with 1 / 2 " shanks with 3 flats, to fit 1 / 2 " Drill chucks. silver & deming Drill bits are used in both Drill presses and portable Drills where the Drill diameter is larger than chuck available. Silver & deming Drill bits are provided with a Black-Oxide treatment for abrasion resistance and helps to prevent chip welding.
